I didn’t grow up dreaming of
being a business coach

What I grew up with was much more personal… watching my parents build a business together in Dubai.
My mom started her business while working a full-time job.
Eventually, my dad joined her. They made it work and built something real. But freedom? We waited for it. But that part never came.
They worked through weekends.
Rarely took vacations.
The business relied on them… constantly.
Leaving Dubai to Find
My Own Way
At 17, I left for Toronto.
I told everyone it was for university. But the truth? I was chasing space. Independence. A life I could build on my own terms.
I spent 16 years in Canada - finishing school early, building a career in tech, and eventually becoming an IT Director at two of the country’s biggest banks: BMO and CIBC.
From the outside, it looked like success.
But only I knew how disconnected I felt.
Some days, I’d look at my calendar and wonder: Is this any better than the 9 to 5 I left behind?
Starting Over In Dubai & Falling Into the Same Trap
In 2016, I made a decision that surprised a lot of people.
I left my career in tech, packed up our lives, and moved back to Dubai to build something of my own. That became Cloudscape - a tech consultancy for retail and hospitality brands.
It grew. It succeeded. But so did the pressure.
We had clients. But I was still the linchpin — the one on every call, the one handling every crisis, the one the team leaned on.
My own business had become a cage dressed up as success.
The Turning Point
I started working with my coach, Warsha.
And slowly, I started to see what I couldn’t before: Freedom doesn’t come from being your own boss. It comes from building a business that doesn’t need you to be everywhere, all the time.
This shift changed everything. With her help, I made big changes.

Not as a founder in the trenches, but as a leader with a bigger role to play.

I run Elevated Entrepreneur, a coaching company built for founders who’ve already built something… but want to build it sustainably.
Not bigger for the sake of it. Not faster with more hustle.
Sustainable - in the way that gives you back your time, your clarity, and your joy.
I work with creative and consulting founders - the ones already doing great work but quietly overwhelmed.

I don’t believe in hustle culture.
I don’t believe you have to burn out to prove you're serious.
And I don’t believe scale is the only measure of success.
What I do believe is this:

Now, my mornings are slow…
A walk. A coffee. A bit of journaling.
Not for content. Not for performance. Just space to hear myself think.
Because I believe clarity doesn’t come from movement - it comes from stillness.
I still run Cloudscape. I still coach. I still build.
But I do it with margin. With strategy. And with the awareness that more isn’t always better - sometimes it’s just more :)
