๐ Hey there!
๐ ย This is issue #22 ofย The Double E Bulletย where I share two bullets of things you should know about and to help you elevate your entrepreneurial journey.
BULLET ONE
๐บ Media: After watching this, your brain will not be the same
In this TED Talk, brain researcher Dr. Lara Boyd explains how neuroplasticity alters our brain to support learning, resulting in us acquiring new skills. It reminded me a lot about what Jim Kwik says about our brain memory in his book Limitless: “There is no such thing as a good or bad memory. There’s only a trained memory and an untrained memoryโ.
Watch Dr Boydโs presentation if youโre looking for the best ways to learn something new and healthy brain behaviors.

BULLET TWO
๐ฑ App: Shortform
In my quest tor read more books, I realised that book summaries apps can be quite the game changer. Over the last year, Iโve tried quite a few of them from Lucid to Blinkist and now Shortform.
Itโs been two months of me using the app and Iโve covered about 4 book summaries! I really like the appโs aesthetics and also that they weave their own insights into the book and even bring in opposing views on the subject.
Really cool to see those as it makes you question the idea the author of the book is presenting. The list of books is growing rapidly and has all of the big hitters you and I most want to read. I was hooked right after the free trial!
DHIREN’S UPDATES
Iโve started a series called Habits and Systems for Founders & Entrepreneurs where I share my favourite habits to help founders increase focus and reduce overwhelm – check out the series here.โ
๐ Episode 1 of the 2nd season just dropped on the Elevated Entrepreneur Podcast! Itโs a new direction in terms of content, well sort in that the Iโve been talking about habits and mindset for quite some time now but now itโs official ๐.
The first episode talks about my best 4 tips on overcoming procrastination which is sort of ironic because I procrastinated to release the second season ๐คฏ
โญ๏ธ Todayโs affirmation
โThe trouble with being in the rat race is that even if you win, youโre still a rat.”
– Lily Tomlin
